She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Esther Clevenger, step-father, George Baker, brother, Charles Dennison, sister, Esther Maynard.
Surviving family includes husband, Joe Lewis, mother, Patricia Baker, brother, Ray (Katrina) Dennison, sister, Patricia Burchwell and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 3-4pm, Friday, October 5, 2018 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 4pm.
