Shain Johnson, 42, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015.
He was born March 4, 1973.
Shain is survived by his daughter; Bailey Alice Johnson; father, Dwain Leslie Perkins; sisters, Shawn Johnson, Kara (Randy) Perkins-Johnson and Alicia (James) Ray Jr.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Ann Molyneux.
Visitation will be Friday, October 23, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the memorial service beginning at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Shain's memory to Bailey Johnson, c/o Sergio Ferreira.
