Sharon Kay Slatzer-Berry, age 68, passed away at home surrounded by her family on August 27, 2020. She was born on January 29, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Mila and Thurman Berry.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Bobby (Melissa) Slatzer, Brian Slatzer (Lareina Colosimo), James (Rebecca) Slatzer and Laurie (Jason) Staats; daughter-in-law, Tammy Slatzer; siblings, Patty Ann (Larry) Weis, Della (Roy) Comber, Ernie (Tina) Sammons, Marsha Maynard; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sharon was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Slatzer; sister, Irene Swaim.
Sharon deeply loved her family and always put them first. She looked forward to family gatherings, especially hosting Christmas at her house. Sharon enjoyed going on vacations to the mountains and the beach. She also loved going Disney World with her kids and grandkids. Sharon retired after 39 years from Squire-Sanders and Boggs as their Service Coordinator. She was a proud member of Rock City Church-Hilliard. Her legacy will live on through those who she touched.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 4-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday with visitation for one hour prior. Burial will be at Obetz Cemetery.
