Sheila Ann Robarge, 39, of Ashland, KY passed away on June 20, 2016. She was born in Columbus, OH to Patty Conway and Robert D. Robarge on August 26, 1976. She is preceded in death by her son, David Robarge; maternal grandparents, James and Bessie Conway; paternal grandparents, Robert and Rose Robarge, Sr.
She is survived by her children, Jonathon (Brittany) Scalf of N.C., Shianne M. James of Grove City, OH and Jessica L. James of LA; grandchildren, Ava and Troy; brothers, Robert Robarge and Jay Stepp of Columbus, OH; sister, Victoria Hall also of Columbus. Sheila also has many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends who will feel her loss deeply.
Sheila was a great mother, a loving grandmother, daughter and sister. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW chapel, 339 Broadway, Grove City. A funeral service will follow immediately after. A graveside service will follow at Obetz Cemetery, 4455 Groveport Road, Obetz.
