Sheila Kowalski, age 90, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017. She was born on October 30, 1927 in Cleaton, KY. She was raised in Jenkins, KY and attended Jenkins High School. Sheila later lived and worked in Long Island, NY before retiring and relocating to Clearwater, FL.
Surviving family includes daughter, Madonna (Dean) Beamer; son, Robert (Helen) Hinds; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Faye (Joseph) LaPointe; brother, John Lawson.
Preceded in death by husband, John Kowalski; sons, Michael Dingus and Steve Lawson; sister, June Gross.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 11890 North Dixie Dr., Tipp City, OH 45371.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sheila's name to the Alzheimer's Association by visiting www.alz.org/donate.
