Shirley Ann Maclam Turner

Shirley Maclam Turner, 85 years young Shirley was a wonderful woman, a born again Christian that was loved, is missed and will always be cherished.

Nanny as she like to be called by her 17 grand and great grandchildren.
Mom as she was called by her daughters Cindy Kendrick (Robert), Jeanie Henry (Roger) and Staci Turner also by her sons Benjamin Maclam (Melody) and David Maclam all of which she loved and touched deeply.

Shirley was born June 2,1934 In Portsmouth Ohio, the only child of Jean and George Sheets.

She married the love of her life Paul Maclam on October 2, 1956, who has been patiently waiting on her in Heaven for 40 years.

Shirley remarried 10 years later to Alan Turner her current love who is currently in the hospital facing a critical heart challenge. They have been together for 30 years.

Shirley had a smile that was contagious and you couldn't help but smile back. She had a passion for music and knew every Elvis song by heart, she could dance like Tina Turner and played the piano like Jerry Lee Lewis.

Sunflowers made her happy.

A sunflower symbolizes loyalty, joy and happiness which she had plenty to give, she touched everyone heart with her kindness. Shirley gained her angel wings on Tuesday, November 20, 2019, due to pancreatic cancer with her daughter Cindy by her side. Heaven just got an Angel who is as bright as a sunflower.
