Shirley Garrow "Froggy" was born June 17, 1968. She passed away peacefully at home on December 25, 2021.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Mary Lou McAtee and Everett Moore and her sister Margaret Entler.
She is survived by her fiancée William Brown Jr, daughters Amy Brading (Billy Scarbrough), Mary Jones (Jonmichael Whitehead) and Dydema Jones (Nathan Newman) and step-children Jake Garrow, Allie Kagley and Dylan Garrow. Grandchildren Josie Whitehead and Ryley Kagley. Siblings Dydema Kulp (Bob), Ralph Moore (Dina), Frank Moore (Theresa) and Elizabeth Morris (Kent). She also leaves behinds many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
