She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry R. Horn and father, John W. Cordell.
Surviving family includes, mother, Shirley J. Cordell, children, Beth (Tom) Jones, Luke (Melissa) Horn, grandchildren, Torren, Tayden, Mariah, Trenton, Liam, siblings, Debbie, Penny and John.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12-1pm, Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 1pm.
The family will accept flowers or memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
