Shirley B. Orth, 83, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in Westerville, OH. Shirley was born on August 9, 1935 in Parkersburg, WV to the late Kennard and Virginia Reynolds.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Orth, Sr. and sons,Robert B. Orth, Jr. and Edward Charles Orth.
She is survived by her children, Kennard C. Orth and girlfriend Vickie Engel, Michelle Orth-Hutchinson (Leon) and Sherry Orth; grandchildren, Elizabeth B., Robert B., III and William C. Orth, Sylvia B. and McKenzie L. Hutchinson; great-granddaughter, Alyssa Hutchinson; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Orth.
Shirley was a loving mother and friend. She was retired from Columbus City Schools and a life Bridge Master.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 1 pm at Parkersburg (WV) Memorial Gardens, 1912 Market St., Parkersburg, WV 26101. Newcomer Columbus NE Chapel is assisting the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley's honor to the American Heart Assoc.
