Shirley Ann Reed

Shirley Ann Reed, age 67, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away on December 29, 2025. She was born on July 16, 1958 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Vernon and Eltis Leasure.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Forrest and Shirley Horn, grandmother, Tina "Tiny" Adams.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, James Reed, children, Amanda (Brian) Clotts, James (Michelle) Reed Jr, Danielle (Ron Petty) Reed, grandchildren, Caitlin, James III, Gabrielle, Andrew, Daylen, Emily, Lucas, Olivia, many extended family members and friends.

She enjoyed gardening, often found nurturing her flowers and enjoying the beauty they brought to her life. Sitting outside, she loved listening to the cheerful songs of the birds, taking in the simple pleasures that nature offered.

Shirley was a proud mother and grandmother. She found happiness in their achievements and cherished the time spent together. Throughout her life, she enjoyed spending money her husband earned, always finding a way to make life a little sweeter.

Shirley will be remembered for her warmth, love of family, and the little joys in life that she held dear. Her spirit will continue to be felt by those who loved her.

She will be deeply missed.
