He is survived by his wife Connie; children, Matt Mazurek and Sharon White, and six grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 6 PM until the time of Memorial Service at 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
