Stephanie Diane Hammond, 48, passed away Feb. 12, 2019.
She was preceded in death by parents, Mark and Diana Hammond; daughter, Hanna Geiger (daughter of Randy); grandmother, Betty Earle Johnson.
She is survived by husband, Rick Lambert; son, Connor Lambert; Branden Blankenship (son of Robert); aunt, Connie (Donnie) Cherry. She was a 1989 graduate of Westfall HS.
Visitation Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019 from 10am until the time of Funeral Service at 12pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
Interment to follow at Bethel Cemetery, Range, OH.
