Steven D. Speakman, 33, of Ashville, OH passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 17, 2014. Steven was born in Columbus, OH on September 5, 1980, to Keith D. Speakman and Evelyn R. (Kuykendall) Speakman Dudley and is preceded in death by a brother, Michael Speakman and step-mother, Valerie (Snyder) Speakman.
Survivors include his wife, Jennalee (Laferty) Speakman; sons, Layne and Aaron Speakman; parents, Keith Speakman & Becky (Bill) Dudley; step-brother, William Dudley; grandmother, Gladys Kuykendall; mother and father-in-law, John & Cheryl Laferty and numerous family and friends.
Steven received his bachelors from Franklin University and worked for FedEx Express for over 15 years.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, March 21, 2014, 4-6 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with the Funeral Service at 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for the education of the two young sons.
