Susan D. Dunn

Susan D. Dunn, 71, of West Jefferson, Ohio passed away on Tuesday May 26th, 2026 at The Ohio State University - James Cancer Center Research Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. 

Following her graduation from high school, Susan would go on to faithfully and dutifully serve her country in the United States Army Reserves. Following her time in the military, Susan would go on to work as an electronics engineer, eventually retiring from L.B. Foster in Dublin, Ohio. 

In her free time, Susan was truly salt of the earth; a simple, down-to-earth woman who never met a stranger she couldn't make laugh, and who cherished spending time with her family, friends, and loved ones more than anything else in the world. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 5th, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Homes - Southwest Chapel; 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel, the following day, on Saturday June 6th, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Graveside services will immediately follow at Hampton Cemetery; 225 Cemetery Road, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162.
