Tamara Lewis, 52, of Columbus, OH, passed away on December 24, 2014. She was born in Medina, OH on August 25, 1962. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rolland and Mary Eaken.
Surviving family includes husband, Robert, step-children, Kerrie (Joe) Walburn, Bobby (Mary) Lewis, Lorie (Derek) Hopper, siblings, Judy Snyder, Michael Eaken, James Osborne, Timothy Eaken, Lisa Drosos, Rolland Eaken Jr., Dewey Eaken, 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 12-2pm, Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Colony Cats, 2740 Festival Lane, Dublin, OH 43017
