Surviving family includes husband, Mike Frank, children, Katelyn (Lee Nash) Frank, Kathryn (Makayla Ruggles) Frank, Kamryn Frank, Jacob Frank, grandchildren, Payton Frank, Samson Nash, mother Nola Ann O'Connor, sister, Pam Koetz, brother, William O'Connor.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Friday, June 1, 2018 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3730 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Saturday, June 2, 2018.
Burial to follow at Grove City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center.
