Tanner Emmons Heightland moved to heaven October 24th, 2019. Tanner was born in Keflavik Iceland October 3, 1991. He spent time living in Iceland, New Mexico, Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio. Tanner had a deep loving heart and always wanted to help those who he felt needed help more than himself.
Tanner leaves an endless group of people who were touched by him in some way from all chapters of his life and will miss him deeply. Those people include his parents Kathy and Tim, brothers Mathew and Hunter, little sister Kathryn, and nephew Jaxsen, all of Rochester MN. He is loved by his grandparents Robert and Carol Tallio of Marquette MI, and Linda Emmons and Del Barker of Columbus OH. He is etched in the hearts of Aunts, Uncles, and cousins too numerous to name.
A small family service for Tanner will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019;.
Family and friends will gather in tribute at a later date in Rochester, MN.
In place of flowers the family asks that donations be made to NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness) Southeast Minnesota at 1700 Broadway AVE North, Suite 104, Rochester MN, 55906 or Recovery is Happening at 25 16th ST NE, Rochester MN 55906.
