Taryn Nicole VanGundy

Taryn Nicole VanGundy, born on September 13, 1989, in Columbus, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2025. Taryn was known for her outgoing and bubbly personality, always easygoing and everyone's friend. She was a rock for all who knew her, leaving a lasting impact on those around her.

A dedicated professional, Taryn loved delivering for Amazon and took great pride in her work. Outside of her career, she found joy in painting and cherishing moments spent with her children, friends, and family. Taryn was especially proud of the life she built with her husband, Wesley, and even prouder of their children, Kyleigh, Macy, and Silas.

Taryn is survived by her loving family, including her father, Tracy Whitescarver, her mother, Jamie (Mike) Bryant, her husband Wesley VanGundy, her daughters Kyleigh and Macy, her son Silas, her sisters Trina Sturgis, Kayleigh Miller, and her brothers Joshua Yutzy and Adam (Juli) Upton. She is also remembered fondly by her grandma, Jewell Jarrett.

Her family and friends will gather to celebrate her life on November 9, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest in Grove City, Ohio. As they come together to reflect on Taryn's vibrant spirit, they will remember her laughter, her kindness, and the countless joyful moments they shared.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
