Tereasa is survived by her children Sammie Lombardi, Tammie (Harold) Thomas and AnnMarie Lombardi, grandchildren Alyson, Nicholas, Taylor, Grace, Haylee, Dallas, and Noah, great granddaughter Aylah, sisters Candy (Ralph) Abbruzzese and Cindy (Douglas) Schaaf, nephew, Mason and niece, Kaylee.
