Terolyn Taylor

Terolyn (Terry) Wilkins Taylor, age 79, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 26, 2020 in Columbus Ohio surrounded by her family. Terry is preceded in death by her parents Terrell and Merle Wilkins and her husband of 46 years William (Bill) L. Taylor. She is survived by her sister Brenda Wilkins Hellams of Greenville, SC; her children Hillary (Taylor) Sheffer of Columbus, OH; Christopher (Christi) Taylor of New Port Richey, FL; Benjamin (Michelle) Taylor of Ashland, OH; grandchildren (Abbey, Ethan, Luke, Ella, Olivia); a great grandchild (Gwen) and 4 nieces and nephews. Terry was born in Birmingham, AL on August 13, 1940. She graduated from Pensacola High School (Pensacola, FL) in 1958 and earned a Degree in Secretarial Science in 1987. She was active in the communities wherever she lived through organizations such as the Pensacola Newcomer's Club, Child Advocacy Center of Loudon County TN and was a founding member of the First Baptist Church Tellico Village, Loudon, TN.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 29th at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church Tellico Village, 205 Chota Road, Loudon, TN 37774. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to either the Child Advocacy Center (www.kidsfirsttn.org) or the First Baptist Church of Tellico Village (www.fbctellicovillage.org).
