Surviving family includes wife, Margaret Hartley; children, Crystal Ybarra, Guy Hartley, Laura Winstel, Natalie Hartley-Lockhart and Amanda Ryan; 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 5 siblings.
Preceded in death by parents Terrence Hartley and Jo Ellen Grennell; siblings, Joe, Mitch, Debbie Jo and Patty.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Terrence's name to the American Diabetes Association, 471 E Broad St # 1630, Columbus, OH 43215.
