Terry L. Howard Sr. "The Notary Guy", age 63, passed away on February 26, 2021. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 29, 1957 to the late Arthur and Glenneth Howard (Puckett). He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Lisa Adkins and Jeffery Howard. He is survived by his son, Terry Howard II; brother, Johnny (Holley); sister, Donna; many nieces, nephews, and other good friends and family. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL.
