Terry Wellman, 64 of Columbus, passed away at Grant Medical Center on May 1, 2014. Born on April 13, 1950 to the late Delzy and Sally (Neff) Wellman in Logan, WV. Survived by sister Kay Farley, 2 nieces Danetta Gibson and Nicole Gautier, great nephew Jacob Gibson.
