Thelma Stepp-Choate, 85, of Thornville, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at The Oaks at Northpointe Nursing Home.
She was born August 29, 1929 in Beauty, KY, daughter of the late James Harvey and Ida Mae Dalton Preece.
In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husbands, Hulen Stepp and Haskell Gene Choate; brothers, Eckle, Golden Franklin and Ashley Ray Preece; sister, Muriel Crosby.
She is survived by her children, Geary (Jayne) Stepp, Karrion Staley, Ralph (Donna) Stepp and Christopher (Madonna) Stepp; sister, Pamela Chaffin; grandchildren, David "Dusty" Staley, Shawn Staley, Jeromy Stepp, Shane Stepp, Tracy Stepp-McKay and twelve great grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
