Theodore F. Woltemath, 85, of Grove City, OH, passed away on August 19, 2014. He was born in Elk Creek, NE on May 20, 1929. Ted was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Grove City, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William C. and Wilhelmine "Minnie" (Beckman) Woltemath; Ted's son, Randall L. Woltemath and Mary's son, Daniel L. Arick.
He is survived by his wife, Mary L.; Ted's children, Mike A. and wife, Cindy K. Woltemath, Scott A. and wife, Cynthia G. Woltemath, Susan E. Payne, and Mary's daughter, Pamela Arick and husband Thomas O. Doggett. He is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3-4pm on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 4pm.
The family has requested that any donations be directed to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Organ Fund, 3220 Columbus Street, Grove City, OH 43123, to support the purchase of a new organ.
