Theresa Ann Berry, 52, of Columbus, OH, passed away at home on October 31, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James E. and Virginia L. Stokes and sister, Tracey Stokes. Theresa is survived by her husband, David, son, Eric (Megan) and daughter Jamie, brothers, Mike (Beth) and Mark Stokes, sister, Toni (Jay) Gray. Theresa was a devoted mother and looking forward to being a grandmother.
She enjoyed gardening and took pride in her flowerbeds at home.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Caldwell Memorial United Methodist Church, 24277 State Route 161, Irwin, OH.
