Theresa Lee Oliver

Our hearts are heavy as we navigate the profound loss of our beloved Mama Theresa. Theresa Lee Oliver was born on October 17, 1955, and departed this life on May 8, 2026 at the age of 70.

She was the steady light in our lives, a woman whose warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she met. As we come together to process this grief, we are reminded of the incredible life she lived and the lessons of love and resilience she instilled in all of us. Family was the absolute center of Theresa’s world. Nothing brought her more joy than being surrounded by those she loved most. Whether she was out on one of her signature shopping trips, hunting for the perfect find, or settling in for a movie marathon, she was happiest when her home was full of laughter and conversation. Those simple, beautiful moments are the ones we will carry with us forever.

She leaves behind a beautiful legacy through her children, Jerry (Lisa) and Shannon, and her many cherished grandchildren: Teahia, Zack, Charlie (Maryjane), Brittany, Breanna, James, John, Blake (Monica), Lexi, Savannah. Her love also extended to her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Hailey, Malik, Maki, Greyson, and Deliah all of whom held a very special place in her heart and her life. She is also survived by brother Ed (Molly) Oliver, and many nieces and nephews. Her influence lives on in each of them, and the bond they all share is a testament to the love she poured into her family every single day.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ema (Adkins) Oliver, siblings, Jerry Oliver and Rhonda Oliver and signficant other, Mickey Mitchell.

A celebration of Theresa's beautiful life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio to cover funeral expenses.
