Thomas "Richard" Carter, 84, left this life on Thursday, December 7, 2016. Richard was born in Richmond, VA on October 7, 1932, to the late Albert W. and Viola (Brown) Carter and is preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Carter; 1 step-son, and 2 brothers.
Survivors include 1 son, 1 step-son, 6 sisters and host of other family members. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force and a Disciple of Support Ministries of Jesus Christ. Richard will be truly missed by all.
Services will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, 10:30 am – 11:30 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Chapel, 5600 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43123.
