Surviving family includes wife, Donna Toliver, children, Casandra (Kevin), Thomas Jr. (Kelly), Shannon Leigh (Rick), Michael, Les (Mary), grandchildren, Kelly (C.J.), Khandice (Brian), Brittany, Keri, Kali, Haylee, Megan, Devon, MacKenzie, Dakota, Hannah, Emily, Breana, Addie, Brooklyn, Xavier, Andee, great-grandchildren, Adrian, Sebastien, brothers, William (Margaret) and Patrick (Diane).
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7pm, Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Shannon Royer.
