Thurlow "Ted" Huntington, 83, went to meet his Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Westerville, OH. He was born on January 30, 1933 in Columbus to Levi and Ruth Huntington.
Ted is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ruth Turner.
He is survived by wife, Nancy Chase-Huntington; children, Philip Huntington, Theresa Vick of UT, John Huntington of OH and Deborah Thornhill of OH; and grandchildren, Sheena Vick of UT, Jasmine Huntington of OH, Ashley Brown of OH, and Talon Walters of OH.
Ted was in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He was known for his great sense of humor and he knew no strangers. He will greatly missed by all who knew him.
It was Ted's wish to have no services. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the VFW, 406 W. 34th St. Kansas City, MO 64111.
