Thurman "Gene" Blankenship, 73, passed away Sept. 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Orpha Blankenship; sisters, Masie and Pansy; and brother, Harley.
Gene is survived by wife of 25 years, Betty; children, Jim, Rick, Larry, Kim, Linda, Will, and Kristal; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gene is loved and will be greatly missed. Gene enjoyed fishing, doing puzzles, and he was well known for his Donald Duck impression.
Visitation Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 from 2-4 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
