Velda G. Brown, 92, passed away September 18, 2011. She was born May 16, 1919 in Davis, WV to Roy and Ilo (Hartley) Lockwood. In addition to her parents, Velda was preceded in death by husband, Hager and four brothers. She is survived by sister, Rosemary Miller; daughter, Joyce Balogh; sons, Larry (Thelma), Roy (Emily) and Robert Brown; 11 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 11 am until the time of Funeral Service at 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
