He was born in Nuremberg, Germany on December 18, 1946.
Victor served in the United States Army.
Visitation will be held from 10-11am, Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231, where a funeral service will begin at 11am.
Burial with military honors will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Avenue, Columbus, OH 43223.
