Virgie M. Perna
October 3, 1930 — December 13, 2015
Virgie M. Perna, 85, passed away Dec. 13, 2015. She was preceded in death by parents, Delmar and Laura Dutiel; husband, Anthony Perna; siblings, Harold Dutiel, Paul Dutiel, Arcelia Oyler, and Jack Dutiel.
Virgie is survived by children, Bill (Janet) Walters, Laura Perna, and Patricia (David) Selvey; grandchildren, Antoinella and Angelina; great-grandson, Angelo; other family and friends.
Retired from ODOT; belonged to the AMVETS, FOE, VFW, and Order of the Eastern Star where she held numerous posts. Her passions included her family, The Buckeyes, and pro-wrestling.
Visitation Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015 from 3-6 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Columbus Division Office, 2800 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite 260, Columbus, OH 43231 or the American Cancer Society, East Central Division, 5555 Frantz Rd., Columbus, OH 43017.
