Virginia A. Manson, 94, of Grove City, OH, passed away on March 2, 2016. She was born on April 17, 1921. She was a longtime member of Holy Family Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and choir member of Grove City Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Eva Cosgrove, 1st husband, Edwin D. Lemons, brothers, Robert (Greta), James (Mary), John (Elizabeth), step-granddaughter, Dawn Hudyk. Surviving family includes husband, Wendell, step-sister, Kate Watkins (Bud), children, Patrick J. Lemons (Fran), grandchildren, Kimberly Faught, Sean Lemons, great-grandchildren, Kayla Artrip, Alex Faught, great-great-grandchildren, Lorelei Artrip, Hunter, step-son, Don Manson (Jacqueline), step-daughter, Darlene Woods (John), step-grandchildren, Dwayne Manson, Darrin Leist, Kris Duncan, Nicole, David, Tammy, special friends, Anita and Fred VanOrder, god-daughter, Linda Sue Smith, many nieces and nephews, especially Jackie Holton. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm, Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 584 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Holy Family Confraternity Christian Mothers.
