Vivian Bolin- Cormack
July 31, 1919 — June 5, 2014
Vivian Bolin-Cormack, 94, returned home to the Lord on June 5, 2014 in Columbus, OH surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 31, 1919 in Columbus, OH to Hamma and Myrtle (Stevens) Holdren.
Vivian is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 54 years, Reverend James Bolin; her second husband, Robert Cormack; and 10 siblings.
She is survived by her children, James (Betty) Bolin, Judy (Jack) Williams, Joy (Bob) Cartwright, Joan (Gail) Duvall; extended children, Denny and Carol Bolin; 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
Vivian was an active member at the church where she assisted with music ministry and played the piano. She was a Prayer Warrior and witnessed many miraculous answers to her prayers. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 9, 2014 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:00am also at Newcomer Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassion International: www.compassion.com/donate.htm in Vivian's memory.
