Walter McLaughlin, 74, of Reynoldsburg, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014 at St. Ann's.
He was born May 16, 1940 in Chelsea, MA, son of the late Walter and Dorothy McDonald McLaughlin.
Walter served in Vietnam and retired from the Navy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Van Tassel McLaughlin.
Walter is survived by his daughter, Terie (Wayne) Henderson; sons, Sean McLaughlin and Shannon (Erin) McLaughlin; sister, Gen (Jim) Sweeney; grandchildren, Kayla McLaughlin, Jordan Henderson, Wayne Henderson Jr., Brody McLaughlin and Elise McLaughlin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
