Walter Scheck, 77, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016 peacefully with his wife, Kay at his side. Walter was born in Munich, Germany on September 14, 1938. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Walter is survived by his wife of 16 years, Kay Scheck; sons, Kristian (Heather) Scheck and Joseph (Teresa) Scheck. He will be missed by many friends and family too numerous to name.
Walter was an avid soccer fan. He loved the international teams as well as supporting the Columbus Crew.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donation be made to Mt. Carmet Hospice, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213.
A private, family memorial service is planned to honor Walter's life.
