She was born on May 19, 1945 in Lucasville, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband, David C. Roffe, parents, Henry and Ora Middaugh, siblings, Etta Lena Hitchcock, John Middaugh, Dorothy Moore, Juanita Owens, Alice Ashcraft, Ralph Middaugh, Henry Middaugh Jr., Paul Middaugh, Wayne Middaugh.
Surviving family includes children, Dina Roffe, Lisa (Wade) Sparks, and Jeff (Janine) Roffe; grandchildren, Justin, Julie, Amanda, Lori, Rebecca, and Ryan; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Lorraine Fraley. Private family services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wanda's memory to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Ave., Columbus, OH 43201.
