Wayne Messner 84 of New Castle, PA passed on Aug. 18, 2019. He was born on Jan. 7, 1935 in New Castle to LeRoy and Elwina (Dodds) Messner who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his wife Karen, a granddaughter Ella Kae. He is survived by 2 sons Dan (Lisa) and Thomas. 2 grandchildren Tommy & Joseph, and a brother Dave (Gretchen).
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Castleview Memorial Park.
