Willard Hale

Willard "Larry" Hale, 81, passed away on May 30, 2018. He was born on January 29, 1937. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Larry retired from the City of Columbus Police Department after 33 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard G. and Garnet Hale, first wife, Ruthanne Hale-Hendley, second wife, Julia Carmody-Hale, brother, Ray Hale and sister Louise Thompson. Surviving family includes wife, Judy, son, Dana (Jenny) Hale, brother Jack Hale, step-children, Brian (Kelly) Schulze, Timothy Schulze, grandchildren, Amii (Chris) Gilmore, Alisa Hale, Benjimen (Ana) Hale, great-grandchildren, Taylor Hale, Lorelei Crum, step-grandchildren, Cameron Schulze, Nathan Coy, Kaylee Schulze, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.

A funeral service will be held at 11am, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
