William "Bill" Robert Palmer, formerly of Cambridge, OH, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 in Columbus, OH, where he has lived for many years.
Bill is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bill Wade and paternal grandmother Nellie (Palmer) Dolney.
He is survived by mother and step-father, Maureen and Jerry Truax and father and step-mother Robert and Martha Palmer; two loving sisters, Donna Rae Palmer of San Francisco, CA and Cindy Palmer of Columbus, OH; maternal grandmother, Janice Wade; his special uncle, Nelson (Cheryl) Wade; also survived by an aunt, two uncles and several cousins.
Bill served in the United States Navy and was an avid Buckeye and Browns Fan. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Jay and Cathy Collins for their loving attention during his illness and their presence throughout his life. "Billy, rest in peace and know that we all love you."
