He was born on August 26, 1960 in Bucyrus, OH.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Browning, mother, Estella Davis Browning and brother, Todd Browning.
Surviving family includes loving wife, Kendra Browning, son, John Wurthington as well as many friends.
William loved bluegrass music and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
He will be missed by his loving family and friends.
Services will be held at a later date.
