William L. Garrett, 88, passed away April 11, 2018. Born Oct. 21, 1929 in Coshocton to Frank and Orpha (Kelley) Garrett.
He was preceded in death by parents; son, William Jr.; and stepmother, Helen Garrett.
Bill is survived by wife, Louella Garrett; daughter, Roxana Hensley; sons, Joel and Terrance (Crystal) Garrett; stepson, Michael (Terri) Collins; stepdaughter, Lou Ann (David) Knight; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lola Carson and Cathy (Lee) Dalzell.
Bill retired from the US Army and the State of Ohio.
Memorial visitation will take place Monday, April 16, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to the Salvation Army.
