He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Polly Howell, son , George Anthony Howell and all siblings.
Surviving family includes wife, Virginia, children, Diana (Steven) Vititoe, William (Joyce) Howell, Virginia (Michael) Hubbard, John Howell, Polly Hepburn, Katherine Calcara, grandchildren, Billy Howell, Christina (Gerald) Metzger, Ashley Bayer, Chase Bayer, Shawn (Stephanie) Hubbard.
Visitation will be held from 12-1pm, Tuesday, Ocotber 24, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
Burial will follow at Obetz Cemetery.
