William "Bill" A. Oliver, 68 of Morrow, OH, formerly of Columbus, OH, passed away at Hospice of Cincinnati on January 25, 2017. He was born on June 19, 1948 to Audrey A. (Graham) Thornton and the late William Oliver, Jr. in Columbus, OH. Bill worked for the State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control for over 25 years. Bill was an avid sports fan, with a great love for The Ohio State Buckeyes. Along with his mother, Bill is survived by daughters Lori (Jeff) Kocks and Patricia (Timothy) Boucher; grandchildren Amber and Jenna Kocks, Madelyn, Ryan, Carter and Reagan Boucher; half-sister Bonnie Simpson; many cousins, friends, nieces, nephews and extended families. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by half-brother Jason Oliver.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 9am until time of service at 10am with Pastor David Frasier of First Baptist Church of South Lebanon, Ohio officiating.
