Surviving family includes mother, Gladys, former-wife, Brenda Scott, children, Billy Jo, William Russell, Russell William, Richard Herman, Charles Leo, April Idella, siblings, Sally, Herman J., Richard, Kathy, Nancy, Becky, Kay, Brenda and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2-5pm, Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Monday, February 1, 2016. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
