William R. Laverse Jr.

William R. LaVerse Jr., 87, of Columbus, passed away April 9, 2016. Bill was born in Columbus, OH on January 4, 1929, to the late William R. LaVerse and Agnes E. LaVerse and is also preceded in death by a sister, Betty LaVerse.
Survivors include his sons, William R. (Melinda) LaVerse III and Daniel LaVerse; sister, Joanne (Dave) Buchanan; grandchildren, William R. LaVerse IV and Ryan T. LaVerse; niece, nephews and many friends.
Bill was a veteran of the US Navy, worked at Westinghouse for many years and then followed his love of Auto Body Repair with Maaco for over 15 years. He had a love of old cars, bluegrass music and knew the Lord.
