William J. Straight, age 86, passed away on May 11, 2020. He was born on June 25, 1933 in Patriot, Ohio to the late Gaye and John Straight.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Kenny (Heather) and Willy; siblings, Johnny and Jim; grandchildren, Kevin, Chris (Ella), Derek, Elisha (JD), Destany (Matt), Angel; great-grandchildren, Liam, Evan, Ian, Trey, Jaylynn, Bentley, Sage and Elianna; best friend, Benny.
Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bonnie; children, Tony, Linnie, Tim Straight and Tim Rowland; brother, Bobby.
Bill enjoyed working in his vegetable garden and you could often find him mowing his yard and blowing leaves. He was an avid socializer. Bill retired from Savko. He was a veteran of the Air Force and served in the Korean War.
The family will receive guests on Friday, May 15, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer-Grove City, 3393 Broadway. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. followed by burial at Franklin Hills.
