William Charles Toppins

William "Billy" Charles Toppins, 38, Columbus, OH, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at Ohio State University East Hospital. Born December 21, 1983, in Columbus, he was the son of Michael Toppins and Diana Harris. He was a former forklift operator and enjoyed hotrods.
In addition to his parents, survivors include: two brothers, Michael and Ben (Jacki) Toppins, a nephew and niece, Benjamin and Alice Toppins, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m.,Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Newcomer Southwest Chapel in Grove City, OH, by Eddie Emerson. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
